Transposer Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Transposer (Chinese display name: 键盘移调器; “the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features of the App require an auto-renewable subscription (“Transposer Pro”).

Subscription length, price, and any free trial are shown in the App and on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the manage-subscription controls in the App.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable under Apple’s rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or Apple’s terms.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Compatibility with specific musical instruments may vary by model, firmware, and connection method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Apple’s Standard EULA

Where applicable, these Terms are in addition to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict relating to App Store distribution, Apple’s terms control for that subject.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

1. 协议

本使用条款（「本条款」）约束您对键盘移调器（英文名 Transposer；「本应用」）的使用。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意本条款。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

2. 许可

在遵守本条款的前提下，您获得有限的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，可在您拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，按 App Store 服务条款允许的方式使用本应用。

3. 订阅

本应用的部分功能需要自动续订订阅（「Transposer Pro」）。

订阅时长、价格及任何免费试用，会在您确认购买前于应用内及 App Store 购买界面展示。
费用将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户扣款。
除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。
您可在「设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」中管理或取消订阅，也可通过应用内的订阅管理入口操作。
如提供免费试用，未使用的试用部分可能按 Apple 规则在购买订阅时失效。

4. 合理使用

您同意不以滥用方式使用本应用，不在法律允许范围之外进行逆向工程，不以违反适用法律或 Apple 条款的方式使用本应用。

5. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按「现状」和「可用」提供，不作任何明示或暗示担保。与特定乐器的兼容性可能因型号、固件和连接方式而异。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、利润或业务损失承担责任。

7. 隐私

您对本应用的使用同时受我们的隐私政策约束。

8. Apple 标准最终用户许可协议

在适用情况下，本条款是对 Apple 许可应用程序最终用户许可协议的补充。若与 App Store 分发相关的条款冲突，以 Apple 相关条款为准。

9. 变更

我们可能更新本条款，「最后更新」日期将随之变更。更新后继续使用本应用即视为接受新条款。
